I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times, and at least 50% of the time, either the staff or Door Dash forgets the milkshake that I ordered. It’s not that difficult to fill an order, just pay attention. I am done ordering from this particular store, considering how high the delivery fees are it’s not worth the constant screw ups.

Came to smash burger ordered fries with my burger Didn’t get my fries until 3 mins after I finished my burger so asked for a refund ( manager was mad about that) all while I watched one of their cooks sit on the food counter and play on his phone. You can’t make this ish up

First time at this location. A friend was buying me lunch during our break. Just the longest wait for 3 sides and a drink and a shake. We were the 2nd in line and holy freaking 10 years later we get our order. It took over 30 minutes for order. We were the only other customers at the time of ordering. But, of course, once you get in line five other people show up behind you. I really felt bad for the guests after us. No sense of urgency, not a place I would recommend, definitely will be telling my circle to not bother with this location. Could have had a sit down establishment meal instead. As a former HRM employee, the food industry is deeply troubling. Can’t and won’t try this business again.

I didn’t really expect much. A bit pricey but the food is delicious. I went during the weekday so it was nice and quiet. The colorado burger was so good. The chiles verdes add such an amazing kick. I recommend it! I got regular fries, but they have options.
