If I could give zero stars I would. My husband placed an order for pick up, drove 15 minutes to pick up and came back home only to realize they messed up 3 of our sandwiches. Our two grilled chicken sandwiches that were only supposed to have mayo and cheese added were smothered in ketchup, smash sauce and pickles. Another sandwich was missing avocado and cheese. Called the store only to be told they could give us store credit. The MANAGER then hung up on my husband for him saying he’d rather a refund instead because we will not be returning. Called back and was put on hold and they never answered again. Definitely not a place we’d recommend, the fries tasted old as well. Also the onion rings weren’t cooked through so there was big chunks of onions mixed with wet batter. Take your money elsewhere.

Once ordered and received food, toppings & sides were missing, had to ask for them. Besides that, burger & fries were good. Floors in the rear of restaurant were also somewhat slippery.

Haven’t had smash burger since the move from the northrast to TX, and to me the quality is better here! Slight mishap on my order but the manager or senior employee took care of my order in a timely manner! Professional staff and polite all around! Burgers are great and affordable.

Terrible experience. I understand why this brand is declining market value. I walked and 2 younger adults was behind the counter, and greeted me like “what’s up” seriously! The kid was chewing on his rubber glove. I sat down and the bench was filthy dirty. My food arrived, and the burger was okay, it wasn’t exactly a hot off the grill burger, and bottom bun was hard on one side, and French fries were the worst. The fries were hard and greasy. I could tell the fries were old, and dropped back in the fryer for few minutes. The owners of this operations appear to be absent, unengaged or checked out!

A pretty good patty size, with a pretty good flavor. It can be a bit saltier than other burger places, so if you’re averse to salty flavors keep that in mind. Prices at fast food places seem to be outpacing other goods, so be prepared for double-digit prices.

Google wouldn’t let me add the review when I initially left it. Service was poor, food came out and we ordered the smash fries, but got plain fries. We asked for the correct fries and the guy in the kitchen sent back super oily gross fries. The worker was not interested and made some remarks to the kitchen guy in Spanish while we’re standing there waiting and they laughed. $30 for two meals, not sure we’ll be back. We used to love this place but our visit was so disappointing.

I have heard alot about smash burger but never had it. This was my first time and I have to say if there was another location closer to my house it would be my top burger spot. Great burger and healthier options to drink along with the sodas you can get things like dragonfruit and strawberry or lemonade with turmeric. Really enjoyed it and as a big guy the double burger was just enough food with the smash fries( they have olive oil garlic and tyme) great combination in my opinion.

The food is good, but don’t go here if you have a somewhat large group. The staff is bad at handling large orders. We’ve been here several times and it’s the same story. They were confused & stressed out when delivering our food. On the latest visit, there was an error in our order (an extra burger). They refused to believe us when we brought it up to them.

I haven’t been to Smashburger in years and I’m so very glad this is the one I came to so I could try it again. The burger was cooked perfectly and the Smashfries were great. I had the Haystack onions and although tasty they were a bit too salty for my taste. Altogether a great eating experience.
