This sweet girl from Kenya was working. She was very respectful and courteous. I ordered a Classic double, and it was great for a fast food burger. It was fully dressed. I would tie it with or rank it a little higher than my favorite, a Dave’s double from Wendy’s. It was a little pricey, but I was in an airport.

It was a decent fast food burger, a little greasy for my taste but it was a double bacon smash so it was to be expected. Service was what you’d imagine it would be at an airport but when you are really hungry on a layover it is a good way to go. This was directly next to our gate for the next flight so we could hear the announcements from our table. If you are flying in and have never tried a Smashburger you gotta try one

The woman who took my order was very friendly and clearly informed me my order would take 10-15 minutes. I appreciated that because if I was in a rush to my flight I could have declined ordering. It also let me know everything is made fresh–no heat lamps.

Love this place. The only location I have ever seen is at DFW airport. I love the airport, so the airport suits me. If looking for a burger, this is the place to try. The burgers are tasty and hot. The fries are generous and hot. Taking your order is quick, but they make each order fresh, so it takes a little longer to get it. It is worth the wait.

Quick efficient service but the chicken sandwich was fried way too long and was very dry. For an $18 meal it was not worth it at all. My first experience was not a good one so I won’t be back….
