This place is in the mall so the atmosphere was the food court atmosphere. Tables are clean however it’s next to a children’s play area so it is a little noisy. I had the brisket bacon burger and sweet potato fries and it was delicious. Staff there was super friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. Not sure if all the locations are as good as this one but this one surely had a delicious burger for a quick lunch if I’m ever back at the mall again I definitely have a Burger there.

Yet again trying something new…Smash burger but bursting with flavor the smash sauce is awesome. I order single burger delish, fries had a smash burger flavor season on them very good also but you can order regular or sweet potato fries.

Ordered delivery from their website. Two burgers and two sides of tots. I received one burger and a side of sweet potato fries. I called them and they said they would take my name for a free meal the next time I came in. I explained that I ordered delivery and do not plan on driving to the restaurant and just want a refund. They refused. I contacted customer service online for smash burger who still has not responded. I have worked in restaurants and totally understand mistakes happen, but the response was inadequate.

First of all customer service was excellent. Was greeted and serviced very nice. The food was good from the burgers, fries and fried pickles. I forgot the guy that took our order but he did a good job. Keep it up!

2 of the 3 sandwiches were incorrect. The service took 30 minutes for this “fast” food experience and then no apology when the entire order was wrong. Server went from register to bagging food without gloves or cleaning hands. She had long orange hair that should have at LEAST been pulled back and long nails which seemed unsanitary. Over $40 for 3 people to eat and you have to tip at checkout before you even know the service will be this poor.
