Really dirty restaurant. More than just a mess from missing cleaning for a day or two. Floors were slick and greasy, all tables and booths filthy, and tons of built up crust everywhere.

Food was good and came out quick. But the restaurant was so dirty. The garbages were overflowing, the floors were sticky, and the tables and booths were not clean. It felt disgusting. We visited on a Wednesday night and there were a few people eating at other tables so it wasn’t busy. The person who took our order stared at his phone whenever he wasn’t taking an order…instead of cleaning something. Any surface. Very dirty. Won’t be going back.

Got 2 burgers and onion strings at the Plymouth location. On the way home, we munched on the onion strings. We both said the aftertaste and amount of oil were so awful, that when we got home, we threw the greasy burgers out and never ate them. The taste lingered and later, we both got very ill, vomiting all night. Never again, smash out.

Went to Smash burgers after a long time and was a disappointment. I used to find the Baja Bean Burger quite good before. Ordered Bean Burger and Grilled Chicken Burger and sweet potato fries. The online menu still show Spicy Baja Bean Burger but, they didn’t have in the store. There were hardly any customer to begin with. It took 10-15 minutes for the fries to come. Another 10+ minutes for the burgers to show up. The buns were cold and the burgers were not tasty at all. I think for what we paid, it wasn’t worth it. Never going back again.

I ordered a vegetarian burger and was excited at the choices available. After tasting it though, not so excited. Never been a big fan of bean burgers, but I guess I just assumed these were better. They were not. Come on guys, just give a choice of beyond/impossible fake meat OR bean burger. Just give the choice.

This place is for the most part good. Sometimes the workers say they are out of ingredients or that the wait times are going to be long hoping you will just leave. Which angers me a great deal. But the cook is always good, the fries are 97% of the time hot and crispy.

We brought the family hoping to eat here. They were polite but told us we’d have to wait 30 mins to order because they had a lot of pickup orders. Just wish restaurants could get more staff. We ended up going next door to potbelly instead.
