Despite only having two people working, the customer service was crazy impressive!! Listen, they are crazy short staffed, you will wait a LONG time for your food, and it was so busy, but the woman working the register never stopped smiling and the gentleman making the food was doing double duty without blinking and a great attitude. Just watching the chaos was giving me anxiety but they handled themselves so well. I’d ALMOST give 5 stars on that alone.

30 minutes for a cheese burger and fries. I see a couple of guys get their orders and I arrived much sooner. I asked what’s the delay? Woman at register….we gave yours to someone else. Remaking it. Ok. Maybe tell me that up front. I had a cup of water so I emptied it and poured some lemonade for myself. No offer to say here is a coupon. I’m back to 5 guys next time. Forget this. Too short handed.

I’ve had smashburger before, but it was my husband’s first time. We both got the smoked bacon brisket burger. The burger itself was juicy and delicious. The brisket was a bit dry and the bacon had a lot of fat, but overall it was good and we’d eat it again. The lady who took our order and brought our food to the table was really friendly and patient with me as I was having a hard time reading the menu on the screen. I do feel that the price was a bit steep. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and the food.

Very friendly service and the store was clean. Love that they have a good selection of options for different dietary requirements. I had a chicken sandwich with a multigrain bun and a side of brussel sprouts. My friend had a smashburger with fries. We both enjoyed our choices. Price was very reasonable for what we got. 100% best fast burger joint in the area if you want healthy options too.

This place is immensely terrible. They have NEVER gotten my order correct, even when I’ve had to drive back to get it corrected, still wrong. And they refused to remake it a second time. The last time I was there they had run out of half the menu and it took over an hour to get our food. I’m not that upset about the wait itself, they can’t help how busy they are, but management clearly needs some basic training on how to manage a line, check orders, and keep their store stocked.

I will admit, I didn’t eat here, but I have been waiting to pick up some delivery orders for DoorDash and the team working tonight has been amazing. They have been swamped and orders were taking more than 30 minutes to get out, but they have all been hustling to get everything done and one guy in particular has been communicating with customers on exactly how much longer their orders will take. Awesome communication, and love that they all have been working so hard and doing it with great customer service! Great job, guys.
