The first time we went my burger had a pink center, and they didn’t have shoe string fries. A little disappointed with the burger but it wasnt the biggest deal at the time since everything else was fine and the ladies working were very nice. She told me I could order well done next time. The second time we went the service wasn’t quite as friendly. Again, no shoe string fries. I guess it’s only during certain hours they make these.

Sad, Sad, SAD This is the second time I have been there in as many months and both times my food (burger) was not what I ordered and the haystack onion rings where a burnt greasy mess. I’m sure the grease has not been changed for quite a long time. I know because I used to work in fast food and there are certain things that you must do to keep your offerings at an acceptable level.

I first tried Smashburger while visiting Arizona. Loved it so much that when I realized we had one here I wanted to try it. The service was terrible. I have a family of 7 and also invited 2 other smaller families to try. I understand it can be overwhelming having 13 people coming in to order at once, but it was one 1 ticket. The employee taking our order was annoyed. Was reminded multiple times to add cheese to the Avocado burgers and that we wanted the smashburgers doubles. Our orders were brought out without cheese and singles. When we asked for the orders to be fixed it took an extra 30 minutes to get the orders straight. We were even rung up a second time because we didn’t realize they didn’t add cheese to 2 burgers. No apology. Everyone (cashier, employee bringing food and manager) was rude and had no urgency to fix the orders. My family will not be returning. I guess I’ll have to have it once a year when I visit Arizona again. ♀️

They might not give you the right food, but it’s delicious nonetheless. Twice I gave ordered from them and both times my order was wrong. First time they gave us something completely different from what we ordered. Second time, they left out the $8 milkshake that I paid for. Not sure if it’s negligence or incompetence.

Omgoodness!! I had lunch from Smashbugers, and this was the best burger and sweet potatoes!! I asked the server what he suggested, man, this was delicious!! I took this meal back to the office!!! Yall, it was still hot!! When I say melt in your mouth, eyes rolling back in your head, good!! Man!! I just wish I had taken a pic to show!! The sweet potato fries had enough salt to make them so delicious!! Man, you gotta go!!

Wandered into Smashburger when I read they had black bean burgers. Oh wow! What a pleasant surprise. First of all, the staff was very attentive. Kaylee was very friendly. When I asked about Smash Fries she said they were her favorite side. Great service. Sandwich and fries delivered to me with a friendly, “Let me know what else I can get you “. Didn’t need a thing. The flavors were incredible for my avocado bacon black bean burger and the fries. Oh the fries. Great dinner and incredible service.
