I didn’t get to actually taste the food as I had to leave to catch my flight after waiting for almost 20 minutes. I asked for a refund for my $14.41, but the girl working the register had no idea how to do that (nor did she seem that interested in being helpful). Two other people who had been waiting for longer than me also had to leave to catch their flights without getting refunds for their food. I hope whoever got to eat our paid-for food enjoyed it.

The order line was kind of weird, but went fast. The young lady at the register was not friendly though. Also my burger was great, but fries was not. I spent over $20 on a combo…but that is normal for the airport.

I do not have too much to say about this restaurant mainly because there is only so much one can say about a fast food place.

Horrific attempt at a veggie burger. Was cold with plasticy cheese that wasn’t melted. The sweet potato fries were cold and hard. Terrible

Love Smashburger and this one was no exception. Great burgers and absolutely delicious milkshakes. They use excellent quality ice cream and the shakes are thick and wonderful. Highly recommend.

Feeling generous, will say this burger was pretty good. Had to order two extra patties (+$4.40) for a sufficient beef-to-bun ratio (personal preference) … I ordered ‘no fries’ but was given (and charged for) them anyway (was trying to avoid carbs). Ate them anyway, felt bad throwing them out and the counter guy must have just misunderstood me, my bad. They were hot, fresh and delicious of course. $20+ all together, a decent meal if a bit pricey. Was my last substantial bit of protein before a transatlantic flight. Airplane food? No thanks! Clean store, good service, would eat here again.

Service was a little slow(er) than normal fast food, but I appreciated the (fresh) taste.

Smash burger had shortest line in Philadelphia airport for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered sausage egg and cheese and it was pretty good. Couple of other places had lines around the corner and when you don’t have that much time we looked for an alternative and the sandwich was ok
