The service was relatively fast. The tables were mildly clean. I ordered the Mushroom, Swiss and Truffle burger. It was so rich and overwhelmingly synthetically to the point of inedible I’m afraid. The combination of that and the char will coat your entire mouth and not leave for a couple hours. It was way too much and I’m not going to return. I could see this being one of those, “once a year when I really crave it” kind of places.

Food was burned && cold! Mike shakes were watery. Food was mediocre for the price. Poor costumer service, slow and unprofessional employees. Experience was UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

It’s good place for a quick grab of dine-in restaurants like wings and burger. My fries was cold and hard, and my wings had little to no sauce on them. Their “unique” was good but not much to go wow about. It’s a okay place that I just may give it another try.

The manager was so kind to my son, who of course isn’t the best at staying on budget. He ordered more food than I had gave him $ for, and she comped him. I offered to pay her the balance when I got back from visiting another store, but she politely told me it wasn’t necessary. They earned this review! Burger was great too.

My girlfriend picked up food from there. Of course she didn’t check the order and instead of the Bacon Smash Grilled Chicken, i received a regular cheeseburger. We brought this up the next time we visited and got a free bacon smash burger as an apology. Great customer service and delicious burgers.

I came to SmashBurger for the first time ever. My partner and I placed our orders and waited not even 10 minutes for the food, which seemed great at the moment. However, when I opened my food, the single avocado bacon burger I ordered was missing so much from the order! I asked for no tomato. Instead, I got my no tomato, no ranch, AND no avocado! I don’t understand how you miss the food that’s literally in the name, but I won’t be returning to SmashBurger. The burger was also overcooked and the lettuce wilted and kind of old.

This was my first visit here. I only had a turkey burger one other time my whole life. Honestly the double turkey burger was better then some beef ones I have had other places. I enjoyed the fries here as well. A.I bringing you the food is a nice touch also. Thanks for good service!

Updating my review. Just went in today, the day before the holiday. There were 3 tables seated and no one at the register. I stood there with my family, for 5 minutes, without someone as much as greeting us. Whether it was the place being understaffed, or the pigment our skins, but someone should have at least let us know it would be a minute. They just lost out on a large order and return visits due to this.

Don’t bother spending your money here. The cashier with the bad weave and nose ring had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced in food service. Didn’t greet me and rushed me through my order. To top it all off, I asked for wings and she said “we ain’t got no wings”. Is this a place of business or a trap house? Your cashiers need to take the training course that Chic Fila gives their employees. Needless to say, the Caucasian woman handing out the food was really nice. But I will not return.
