THIS is how they serve your food. Everything thrown on a tray together. No plates, nothing. Meal was supposed to be tenders, a burger and 2 orders of tater tots. I did ask for a couple ketchup pkgs. This is what we got (burger is to the side on a napkin).

I’ve been to this specific Smashburger 3 times always giving it a another chance. Food is extremely greasy. We ordered two burgers and a regular fry, it was just on the tray for us to share on I guess? No plates. The woman on the other side of the counter looked miserable and so did the cook in the back. They also don’t wanna be there. I miss the buffet at the casino. This eatery is not it.

These burgers and sweet potatoe fries are the best. It is in the casino but seating is very adequate and very clean. Prices are fair as the quality of the food speaks for its self. Don’t buy a drink, they are free on the casino area. Love this place.

The food is amazing although for this price you would not expect anything else. Good choice of sides as well. When we went there was no line up but by the time we left the place got busy. Since the restaurant is inside the casino no one under 21 year old can go in. Not penguin parent friendly

Ate here last night with my wife. We ordered a chicken sandwich, some chicken fingers and fries. Everything was just thrown on one tray, no little plates, no fries container, just on a serving tray. Not sure if this is a SB thing, but based on photos I’ve seen, i don’t think it is. What a horrendous way to try and eat. Us tugging a tray back from side to side on the table. No napkins on the table, had to get ketchup from the hot dog stand. The experience was worth the free we paid. The food does taste good though
