I dont know how many times I’ve driven past this place since I moved to Jackson a couple of years ago but I’ve always wanted to try the burgers. Finally went with the family and it was worth the trip. Pricing is the same everywhere but the burgers and fries were delicious and the service was very good. As many of the recent reviews have shown, this location needs to get their act together. We were there yesterday and at least my burger (we had takeout) was tough to the point I couldn’t finish it. I have checked with the others and even they agreed, the burgers are not the best. All had no toppings, which I did not ask for, and the cashier could not even open the register to get my change. For $40, not worth for it for 4 burgers. Good bye Smashburger, back to 5 Guys.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. My boyfriend and I went to this place for lunch. However when I got my meal I wasn’t satisfied. I told the waitress and she took the food back up front. No one from management came to speak to me about the situation. Everyone was just standing around not doing anything. However when I went up there to speak about getting my money back I was told no because nothing was wrong with my meal and I just didn’t want it. After going back and forth with them they decided to only refund me for the sandwich and not the full meal. Do not go here! Everything is horrible. The customer service, environment, etc.

Gave 3 star because offer Gluten-Free. However my burger patty was so thin, I had to look inside my sandwich to see if it was there. For $9.00 for a single, you can give at least 1/4 lb of meat. It was more like 1 oz meat.

Hot, no ac. Ordered burger, it came with mayo(my bad), took it back up and there is discussion on whether they can just give me a new top bun? Dirty tables…then employee comes out and absolutely saturates the dirty tables leaving them to wet to utilize. One, yes one trash can for whole restaurant. None in outdoor dining area. ( yes there was one out on the sidewalk, out of the dining area) so all in all, me, wife to small kids and 50 bucks later…won’t be back.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. I ordered the new triple double which is supposed to contain twice the beef and triple the cheese of the classic smash burger. When my burger arrived it was literally one classic smash patty torn in half. I approached the server and asked her to rectify the situation but she told me that the half a patty I showed her was in fact a 5 oz classic smash patty. I then brought up a classic smash patty someone else in my party ordered and compared the two. My patty was clearly half the size and she now admitted it but stated that i misheard her and that the new triple double is actually two 2.5 oz pattys. They still refused to rectify the situation which is straight up robbery. I never received what was paid for. On top of that after ordering I couldn’t even find a table to sit at as most of the tables all contained food scraps scattered about them.
