Service was quick and efficient, picked up an order with no issues. Unfortunately the sweet potato fries were not crunchy and a little bit overcooked. The Oreo milkshake was good though.

Came to this location and was disappointed as a customer but most importantly a previous smash employee whom opened several locations including the one that was at shops at riverside. I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness in the restaurant seating area. I didn’t take a picture cause I was embarrassed to take my phone out and blatantly record as the whole staff would have seen me because they were standing around on their phones instead of maybe cleaning tables. Not to mention my ticket went HOT with a time of 12 to get my burger and smash fries which were poorly executed and looked like plain fries dips in oil. There’s a sever lack of enthusiasm at this location and the staff looks miserable

I’ve ordered from here a few times and I’ve never had a bad food experience until today. I picked up my order I live 6 mins away…yet my burger was cold, hard and stale. It seems like it was either a reheated burger patty, or premade rehated..or it was cooked dry to the bone. Fries were hard and cold as well..they looked over fried. Let’s not do that….my meal was $16 and I could have had just went to McDonald’s instead but I wanted what I thought was a better quality burger. SMH disappointed.

First time at this particular Smashburger. Although my burger was tasty I thought it to be much saltier than other burgers I’ve had from this chain. Still, it’s a better burger than you get from McDs, etc..although it’s higher priced, of course. Nice clean store, but a ice cold wind at the tables when the front door is opened. They need some kind of draft guard for the winter months. Service was good.

Came here for lunch and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Everything was so good and the people that work there are so nice, friendly, and helpful and always with a smile. They have many different burgers to choose from and also have milk shakes which look really good. It didn’t take long for our food to be ready and they bring it to the table. Will definitely be coming back.
