Lena the manager (super sweet person) was the person who served me. It was my first time here and the environment is so nice. The burguer is amazing and so juicyyy. First time here cuz i dont usually eat fast food, but this is super super fresh and the meat is real meat grilled right in front of you. Everything was fast and pleasurable.

The girl behind the counter never smile never greeted us. She was and still is eating an ice cream with airpods in. The kids behind the counter cooking the food have long hair and no hair nets/hats on. One kid came out from the kitchen with his gloves on holding his pants up because they were falling down and proceeded to make his own drink at the counter where all The customers make their drinks with his gloves on. Then went back to the kitchen. The girl deliver our food to the table with total attitude. I said thank you very politely hoping for a response and she just walked away. Also food was gross!

We went to the Natick location and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. Food was very good, especially the milk shakes (although in the northeast they’re known as frappe’s). The burger was hot, juicy and cooked perfectly.

Location was really chill and the food was delicious. I especially liked the truffle Swiss mushroom burger and smash tots. Shout outs to Lana who took care of my girlfriend and I, making us feel welcome and cared for!

Good food and always served rather quickly when I order online. Staff is usually friendly and makes sure I have everything I need. The missing star is because I always feel like the portion sizes are a bit small for what I’m paying, especially with the sides (tots and fries).

Wow, that service was the worst! Ordered a one patty burger with nothing on it took 25 minutes, open it up and they put everything on it! There were 3 other people in there at the time and it took 25 for the wrong order?! They sent it back and I asked how long? They had it done in like 10 minutes. They totally prioritized their stupid online orders for THREE customers that were there! At least give me a coupon or something! GEEZ!
