Was able to dine in for the first time last night and it was wonderful! We’ve gotten pizzas before but did carry out in the past AND let me say dining in was a whole experience. We started off with fresh flavorful salads, New York style alla vodka pizza, mighty meatballs anddddd a delicious chocolate chip cookie. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and the staff was insanely kind. The cook himself came over to our table and talked to us for almost 10 minutes – shows just how much he cares about his customers!! No other chef or restaurant would’ve done that. We will be back… no doubt about it.

We had the meatball and alla vodka pizza and both were really good. The alla vodka pizza was almost like a detroit style crust. Really loved the crust. Also had the bread plate which was very good and filling.

We love this place. We have tried several of the menu items and this last time we tried the special they were running. The ingredients are fresh and the menu is creative. This is hands down the best pizza place in the QC. Menu is very reasonably priced especially for the portions you receive. We always leave with plenty of leftovers. The staff is very kind (especially with the volume of customers they have) and knowledgeable about the menu. On days we are busy or don’t have time to have the full sit down experience we just order to go and it never disappoints. Thank you smash pizza for bringing something fresh and unique to the QC. We love you guys!

When they say this place is built on bread – they mean it. We got the bread plate, the bee sting and the elote pizza and it was all incredible. Their breads and crusts are so delicious and they have super fun choices of topping. I only hope they can get more seating since people are realizing how great they are.

We got to be the very first customers to enjoy getting Smashed! This is the Smashed version of a tasting menu and OMG you’d best go HUNGRY! So. Much. Food! We were warned, we went hungry, we definitely rolled home every course was great, and a very large portion!!! I didn’t expect as much food to come out each time it really was over the top. My husband also did the drink pairing and each option was well thought out and went great with the course. I’m not sure I can say any one item was better than another!!! Truly! My favorites were the fried mozzarella (don’t even think sticks!!! These are freshly breaded and come out with the best sauce) the salad – seriously I love their dressing, the bread plate with the most wonderful whipped salted butter, oh god the pizza- I’m not often a thicker crust pizza girl as I grew up out side new haven BUT this dough is perfect, crisp with chew, well seasoned… and the chocolate chip cookie in a skillet. It didn’t need the ice cream!! If you want to taste your way through their menu grab a few friends and get smashed! You will not regret it. Pro tip: wear stretchy pants!!!

Very good pizza and cheeses. The bread plater and burrata cheese were great. The Elote pizza was excellent. The classic cheese was a little salty, but other than that, it was great.

Fantastic appetizers that can’t be found in this area! The breading on the fried mozzarella was perfect. Both styles of pizza were just okay imo. The burger was excellent! Can’t wait to try other items!

My weekly visits never disappoint. The pizza is always amazing. The drinks are perfection. The ap’s, just wow. The bread loafs are amazing. Sunflower wheat has been my favorite by far. Some may call it life changing…I would be that person. Go eat the pizza. Get a loaf of bread. Don’t skip the appetizer. Be happy.

The food was delicious. Pizza was awesome especially if you like the wood fire style. We had a chopped salad and it was delicious and fresh. We also split the Nashville Hot Chicken and it was excellent, bun made in-house and it was complimented with fresh cut fries. The only issue was the service was slow, odd considering the small venue. Decor was nice and the music fit the atmosphere.
