One of the best ramen bowls I’ve ever had. Every spoonful was flavorful, oh my goodness. I wish their utensils weren’t so flimsy but whatever, the food is where it’s at.

Slurpin Ramen is located at the back in mout vernon marletplace. I tried the baltimore effect chicken ramen, and though it was decent, it did lack some kick. The portion size was good, and the staff were polite. I will try some other options in the future.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience here! Slurpin Ramen is conveniently located in Mount Vernon Marketplace, which hosts many food options. We were visiting Baltimore for a few days and decided to come to the Marketplace to see if there was any good food. We both love ramen, so we decided to give it a try! Initially, though, we were a bit hesitant. The reviews weren’t exceptional (at the point of viewing, Slurpin Ramen had 3.9 stars here on Google), but we decided to give it a try anyways.

We are from New Hampshire in town for the yankees at orioles game. We decided to walk a half mile approx. to this ramen noodle place from our hotel. WOW just an amazing experience. This noodle station is located inside an indoor market place with many different eateries. The kind and thoughtful hostess here helped us chose what we wanted. We chose the short ribs and chicken ramen bowls. Deeeeeelicious!!! OVER THE TOP FLAVORFUL YUMMINESS. Ribs and chicken were tender and tasty. The broth was tasty but not salty or creamy, PERFECT. The ramen noodles were al dente. The attention to detail was evident with every bite and slurp. This is a true hidden gem of a place in our opinion. Clean, tidy, cozy and modern. Just a great relaxed atmosphere. This should be a must goto for any noodle lover as we are. the employees and owner of this establishment should be mighty proud of their place.

Delicious ramen with plenty of options. We LOVED it. It’s not easy to find a true ramen joint. Located in the Mt Vernon Marketplace there are several other food vendors offering burgers, seafood, oysters, tacos and more if others w you are not Ramen lovers. Stalls offer all types of beverages too. A few short blocks from Walters Art Museum. Highly recommend!! Go slurpin’ ️ (photo Flamethrower Shoyu w Shrimp Tempura + Orion Beer)

Stellar ramen with a variety of bases (ranging from shio, paitan, shoyu, and vegetarian). Whether you want perfect noodles or low carb substitutes (e.g. a cabbage bed or bean sprouts), their ajitama eggs and shrimp tempura deserve special mention as add ons to double/triple.

Excellent service. However, ramen is different over here. The broth was too oily, creamy, and thick (you could see it on the food). The noodles felt like angel hair pasta. Unfortunately, I couldn’t finish the food even though I was so hungry 🙁

Glad to see the MVM ramen option continues. Had the Tantantori (chicken broth, sliced pork, spinach). Rich broth, tender pork, fresh ingredients. Very flavorful and satisfying.

This is the first place we went to in Baltimore and it was AMAZING! This ramen was incredible, and the people who work here are amazingly cool! What a great way to be introduced to this city!

Out-of-town visit to Baltimore on business, had lunch at Slurpin Ramen on my 2nd day. Being a lover of noodles I took an extra portion of ramen and chose the Shoyu Ramen bowl. The soup base was very good, could do better being hotter temperature-wise, otherwise no complaints. Only exception, was the extra noodles that may not have been flashed boiled to rinse off excess baking soda, that gave it a funky taste. Got to chat for a awhile with the owner, Angelica (I think), a very friendly lady that loved customer feedback and the knowledge of doing what she loves! I would recommend everyone to try the authentic ramen dishes on offer.
