I used to love their food and thought they had the best chicken sandwiches ever. The past two times I have been there it has been horrible. The chicken went from thick and juicy to thin and dried out. I brought it to their attention but they remade it just as bad. I won’t be spending my money there anymore.

Normal food court setup…new and modern looking. Clean and a little busy. 2 people in front of me. Rude! That’s my takeaway. Everything else was perfect, and this Rude person who represents the company up front was as unprofessional in her speaking and tone as one could be. It was good food…hot and fresh. The line was quick. But this person was so rude, this family won’t go back. If I want to be treated like that and spoken to like in the future…This is the place I will go.

Food didn’t taste bad, pretty fresh as well. But the fries, holy saltiness!! I felt my body swelling up with each bite. I felt so unhealthy after eating the meal. I was super hungry and in a time crunch, and with only 2 places left open in the food court. I thought it was the better choice over a pretzel. Probably will skip next time. Service was decent and fast.

The food when I first came here was absolutely delicious. But after a year or so since opening, the food became overall mid. There is less seasoning on their fries and the toast is not as good. The food is still better than kfc but the quality has significantly decreased since it’s opening.

waited 12 minutes for to go order for the girl in the back tell me there was no macaroni for my order. I asked what’s the time frame since it’s already been several minutes and magically there WAS macaroni. Instead of giving people their orders as they paid, they were giving people who ordered smaller portions their orders first and calling out numbers at random.

Not sure how, but the fries aren’t ever fully cooked for me. My favorite thing is the toast, and I get bored of the chicken, but it’s certainly a better experience than my kfc visit, 2 years ago.

Got 5&5 each garlic and inferno wings meals for lunch for me and my husband. My chicken was not cook all the way through. The meat was rubbery and pinkish still. My husband’s checked his and his were the same as mine. I added a photo below.

I know this is the first week of being opened. I finally was able to get in line to try them. Line for ordering was very quick as well as line to wait for your order. Now details of the food:

Tenders and fries were great; however, the texas toasts were soaked in butter or oil and not crisp, very soft. Parmesan was sprinkled on the chicken and not melted properly. I believe with proper training it can be really good, I think since it just open and being overwhelmed with customers cause a lack of preparation of the food.
