Chicken tastes good when they make it fresh and hot, which they don’t always – you can tell when they don’t. The Oreo cheesecake jar dessert is too overpriced though. Food takes forever to come out. They’ve screwed up my order twice now. Left out the fries once. Forgot the drink the other time.

Came on 7/20 at night to get two orders. One for the Buffalo wrap meal and one for the classic and we asked for the chicken tenders to be tossed on the sweet and chili sauce. The fries for the wrap weren’t seasoned AT ALL. The tenders weren’t tossed in the sweet and chili sauce like we asked and they didn’t even give us dipping sauce AT ALL. Little to say this place take forever to prep an order. We were in line for like 30 minutes and there were only two cars in front of not. Not exaggerating. This is the second time we got an order totally wrong I really don’t know what they’re doing in there

Initially ordered food and it was great. Got the chicken and waffle and took maybe 12 minutes to get to my table. Halfway through eating order one for takeout. Took freaking 31 minutes for them to bring it out. I was upset because people that ordered way after me was getting their food. Worker told me they were understaffed which is ok but 30 minutes to get food is ridiculous. No apology, nothing. Please work on this as other patrons may not be as patient as I.

The food here is tasty. Service is lack luster at best. Understaffed on a Saturday so we were parked for a drive thru order with four entrées. After waiting for 10 minutes our food was brought to the car, minus one of the entrées. No apologies, just a “here you go”. Good food will not make up for poor service, no matter how tasty the Korean BBQ sauce is…

Historically enjoy their food. Have only been to this location a couple of times. This visit was quite a poor experience, not just for me but most of the people I see around me. Sad because it’s nothing to do with food it’s service. Everything is taking forever to come out and nobody moves with any sense of urgency. 35 minute plus wait for fried chicken fingers and a fried chicken salad (that came out with no chicken on it the first time)…

The chicken honestly had no flavor whatsoever so ever. It’s like they didn’t use any spice or flavoring at all. It was just bland chicken. I’d liken this place is like a poor mans canes chicken and I don’t care for canes either, but they at least have flavor. Even my daughter didn’t care for her chicken and waffles. The tables were dirty and the booth seats looked like they’ve been eaten by bears. About all I can say that was good is the service, she was very friendly and we liked the strawberry mug dessert.

Slim Chickens was very good! The chicken tenders were filling and juicy. The fries were hot, and well seasoned and the Texas toast was also good. The service was friendly and the chicken came pretty quickly to the table.
