First off this is the worst experience I have ever had with slim Chickens anywhere. My First visit today in the drive through I ordered a slim meal grilled which is 5 tenders and I got 3 fried tenders. (First picture) I called they said come back and we will give you a refund and give you the right meal so when I returned to Springdale I went which was 5 hours later. I want inside and they got me the right meal no charge but no refund then I go to eat it and the tenders are the driest saltiest thing I have ever eaten from a slim chickens normally they are super juicy and flavorful. I’ve been eating Slims since they first opened in 2003 in Fayetteville. As they’ve grown, I’ve seen the decline in quality gradually increase. The portions have gotten small, and the chicken strips keep shrinking as well. Today I ordered okra as my side. They charge a $1.29 up charge for okra and the portion is awful. Please do better. You all used to be the best.

I love slims. I worked at the location on sunset for over a year, and have eaten at every location in nwa. This is the worst one. I’ve visited this location at least 15 times or so since it’s opening, may very well be more. I’ve gotten grilled chicken almost every time and been completely satisfied with it once. The grilled is regularly overcooked, left sitting for too long or improperly seasoned. In addition, at every other slims location if some of the tenders are smaller than usual there will be extras in the box, but i haven’t had that once here, and quite often the tenders are closer to nugget sized. I love slims, but this location has been a let down so far. This slims is known by me and everyone i know as the worst slims in town, but i have witnessed no effort to improve. The service is definitely slower at this location as well. I think this location obviously has the potential to thrive and flourish, but it’s headed in the opposite direction. I would love to see the company put a better foot forward and make an outward effort with the customers to improve their service and quality, but that has yet to happen.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this drive through is the slowest I have ever been to. We wait at least 10 minutes every time, even if we are the only car in the drive through. The employees are not friendly and do not have good attitudes. When we were handed our food after our long wait, the girl said, “here” and that was it. She didn’t thank us for giving Slims some business, just “here” and shut the window.

This wasn’t a good experience at this location. I tried to go through drive through and there wasn’t an answer so I decided to go in and order to-go. The staff was all in the back room and there was a kiosk to use. As I was ordering from kiosk an employee came forward and asked if I wanted to order verbally with her to which i obliged. As I was ordering she informed that they may not have all the ingredients to make the “Nashville hot” chicken sandwich. Not a big deal. She went to the back and asked and was informed they could. I ordered the sandwich and it came out with a little amount of coleslaw and seemingly a single tender as the sandwich. It was also really oily. My wife’s ordered tenders and they were good enough for her. The fries on both orders where weird. Almost like they were old and had been tossed around.

The food here is good, but I haven’t been here without it taking at least 20 minutes to get your food. The drive-thru and going in is about the same. It’s probably the longest wait for fast food in the nearby area

Love slims but this location is always extremely slow. Sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes while there are only 2 cars ahead of me is a little long of a wait for a drive thru. And they forgot my sauce.

It’s really sad. This younger generation don’t even try. Also I love slims but doubt I will return. I ordered the hungry meal. Substitute fries for okra and yes that’s an extra charge. When I received my food 5 of the 7 strips I received I couldn’t eat. They were like chewing a rubber band and hard on the outside. The other 2 fresh. I don’t get it. But whatever. I had 6. Count ‘em out 6 small pieces of okra in one of the small side compartments of the styrofoam container didn’t even fill the one side up. Wtaf Slims. You should be ashamed that no one in management seen this. Very disappointing experience. Also my drink wasn’t even full of soda all the way. To the top with ice though. Over $16 for this and only 6 pieces of okra and 2 edible strips. You let me down today slims. Never to return! I now hope you as well close doors due to bad service.

I’m not sure why this slims doesn’t have better reviews as it’s the best slims I’ve been to yet, and I’ve not been to a bad one. I stopped by here and ate inside on a lunch break at work, the lady who took my order was very nice, the food was out and ready to be served nice and hot before I even filled my drink and sat down, when I sat it was brought to me immediately (I had no clue it’d be that fast or I would’ve gotten it), the lady who brought me the food was very nice as well, both ladies would come and check and make sure I was good and that the food was good, the food was great and the place and nice and clean!
