This location is so great. There’s a few people that really make it stand out. Moses is one of my favorite people to talk to! Hes just genuinely a really, really nice person. Also, the lady manager (smaller lady) is beyond sweet. I feel like customer service really goes a long way and I have yet to come across someone rude at this location. Love them!

My girlfriend and I have been to a few different locations and always had great service and the food was how it was ordered. We were excited to see this location opening with being close to Centerton. We have been here multiple time, service and accuracy to orders has been going down hill. This evening, it was slow and thinking the order would be great. Turns out the salad was getting hot with being packed with the hot food, the chicken not even tossed, another meal hardly had sauce, and missing added sauces (the lady even told me the extras were in there). After leaving the drive-thru (waiting about 15mins), I decided it would be best to get this order corrected with going inside. A different lady apologizes about the mess up and got the meals remade, it was a little better- the tenders were still lacking the amount of sauces they were shaken in. Now we understand why the Rogers and the other bentonville locations are always busy, meals hot, fresh, and the tenders are actually shaken in the requested sauce. This location needs some assistance with knowing the meals are accurate.

We walked in around 2 and we were greeted by Moses. He took our order and proceeded to provide amazing customer service the rest of our time there. Food was great too, as usual with Slim’s. Moses needs to be writing the customer service handbook here. I’m not kidding when I say we received better service than a 5 star restaurant.

Really good food, very consistent! It is better if you eat it in the restaurant due to freshness, but we often order pickup or delivery for convenience. I love the Cayenne Ranch for my tenders and my fries. My wife gets the wrap and always enjoys it. The team that works the registers is always top-notch! Love that there are parking spots specifically for pickup orders.

This place is awesome. Management always has a pleasant attitude when we eat at this particular location. The Buffalo mac bowls when they have them are THE BEST! Their traditional wings set the bar high, ESPECIALLY the nashville hot dry rub. The parmesan garlic sauce is soooo good. The cheesecake dessert in the jar is always delicious if I still have room for dessert after eating a delicious meal. Their fries are better than competitors. Did I mention the exceptional service I was given when I ordered via door dash one night for a work potluck? One item was forgotten ( a large fries) but when I went back and showed my receipt for my big order after speaking to the manager about the missing item , they said come back and tell them you spoke to “?” I can’t remember the gentleman’s name now. But they replaced my entire order. They totally didn’t have to do that. I went with my 4 children that day, thinking we’d get just the large fries I was missing from my order, but they went above and beyond and replaced the entire order. I felt completely blessed. I cried right there in the restaurant while waiting for the meal. I didn’t have to cook that night . That extra time spent with the children meant everything to me. Thank you .

Slim chickens is a good place If you want lots of sauces! They have tons of sauces, I got the house sauce, honey BBQ, and the garlic parmasan. I would have to say that the honey BBQ beat all 3 of the ones that I got.

3/22 update: I’ve now visited this location several times. Second time in I received my food in exactly 2 minutes and it was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. No complaints at all. I always dine in… never drive-through. Sounds like all bad reviews are from the drive-through. I have no experience with that.
