Slim Chickens is not the normal chicken place. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and fast. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. We sat and visited; we were never rushed. We even had milkshakes, which were prepared and brought to our table.

Went to drive through at 10:30am and was told they couldn’t take my order for 30 minutes because they didn’t have a cook. While I was waiting the cook pulled up and walked in the back door, but they still wouldn’t take my order. Will not go back!!!

After many visits here one thing is constant, be prepared to wait an extraordinary amount of time to get your food. Like an hour for some tenders, a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Staff is horrible.

Good chicken strips!! Employees were very helpful and friendly as well 6/10/22 just tried the Nashville hot dry rub wings. Wasn’t impressed. They were wet and not dry rub. They were either over cooked or let under a heat lamp too long because they were tough and/or very much overdone (crunchy and tough) They got to our table WAY to fast to have been just made….not complaining just thought I’d throw this in in case anyone was curious about their dry rub

There is NO excuse for this kind of SORRY customer service. We literally sat in the drive thru for an hour and our food looked as if it had been slung into the container. I would recommend closing the store until you can properly staff and train. We will not be back and will definitely pass the word.
