I have been here a handful of times in the last year to year and a half. If I lived nearby, I would visit more often. Service has always been fast and friendly. Food usually comes out before we can fill our drinks and sit down. I get the crispy chicken sandwich meal which is served with a lot of fries. The last couple times instead of getting two meals, we started getting one meal and a sandwich and drink and splitting the fries because there are more than enough for two. Today I took my husband for the first time. He got the cayenne ranch chicken sandwich and I got my usual meal. The food was great although I tried a bite of his and didn’t taste any cayenne and there could have been a bit more French fries onions.

Sadly seems as though chain restaurants don’t expect customers to choose to eat inside anymore. Slim Chickens is a great place for chicken, but staff could do so much better about keeping the tables clean and ready for customers! The gnats drove us out of there, had to take our food to go! Like I said, great place, great service!

We gave this place a try for our first time and really enjoyed it. The service was great; the cashier was really informative and helpful in placing our order. The food was good too. The pickle chips were my favorite but the wings and chicken tenders were excellent as well.

I happened to stop by for a quick lunch, and began my Slim Chicken’s journey through the drive-thru. They advised me it would be faster to come inside due to the fact they were short staffed. I pulled around and went inside. I figured why not, why not have lunch alone and actually enjoy my time eating. I waited less than 5 minutes, even though they were extremely busy. The gentleman taking my order apologized and explained he was working a double shift today because the manager was out due to an unforeseen emergency. There was a lady huffing and puffing behind me, even though it was apparent this staff was doing the absolute best they could with the minimal staff they had.

This was my first visit to Slim Chickens. I placed an order for the Chick’s Meal which had 3 freshly made chicken tenders, hot fresh French fries, garlic toast and a dipping sauce, which I chose Gravy. I also ordered an extra honey mustard dipping sauce. Everything I ordered was good. It was lunchtime when I went in. Bonnie, the Manager, took my order. She was very friendly and answers any questions I had about the menu. Ciara brought my meal to me and Kris prepared my hot fresh meal. I had a very positive experience. My meal was nice and hot. I noticed the menu had plenty of options, including Salads, family meals, and sweet treats like brownies. I also noticed they have a catering menu. The restaurant inside was super clean. Loved the aesthetic of the entire restaurant. There is even a nice porch (patio) so you can dine outside. All and all I had a very great experience. It sounds like management has changed a few times. I feel Manager Bonnie is doing a great job!

I’ve been here plenty of times now and it’s great! I’ve gotten a variety of items now but my favorite is definitely the Cayenne Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The tenders are good as well although I prefer Cane’s if wanting tenders specifically. The fries here are much better than Cane’s though and make sure to try the cheesecake dessert jars (especially the Pecan pie one) as they are AMAZING!

First time trying it menu was limited somewhat not too much there, fries were dry and the slim dinner was just that slim. Nothing there I expected more for $10. The order was taken quickly but it took more than 12 min they drive through . The workers were kind . The order came out cert hot meaning food is cooked and just warmed up . Nice location next Meijer’s and it’s a new building . I was not happy with food

Got food poisoning twice from this establishment in 6 months, I had to take time off work and was sick for tour days. Had horrible digestive issues and could barely eat anything. The first time I got sick from here was kinda bad too.
