They did a nice job on the interior remodel. Food was good, but nothing exceptional. Price is a bit high and portions on the lean side, but not out of order for a tourist type establishment and service was good. Not sure it will catch on with the local trade with the automatic 20% service charge added to all checks.

Only their 3rd day open and every bite was delicious. Cooked to perfection. The breading on the crab claws and Snapper Ponchitrain was light with slight crunch. Not soggy. You must try the fried okra spears. My friend had shrimp tacos and said they were to die for!! Wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable about all entree choices. Prices were about par to other restaurants in this area. We spent a little more but we went all out with wine, appetizer and dessert! A fabulous new asset to downtown Pensacola!!

The food was very bland and for the price I had expected it to be much better. The waitstaff was very friendly A+ there , they claim to have the best gumbo but there is more “soup” than contents . The hot sauce is off the chain, but even to purchase a bottle of hot sauce they charge you the 20% service charge, I think that’s ridiculous. There was an entire crab claw in our green tomatoes. I thought I had eaten a piece of glass. Mistakes happen, but it scared me! I later read in the menu the 20% service charge doesn’t even go to the wait staff…. Although they don’t expect you to tip on top of the service charge, it just feels wrong….

It was a good service and good food. The only issue was their 20% upcharge fee that they don’t tell you until you are seated down at the table. Another thing was they don’t tell you the wait time. And their food is a little bit over priced

Oh my goodness!!!!!! This place was so wonderful. The food, the severs, everything was wonderful. I bet I gained 5 pounds. My daughter never eat all of her food anywhere but the burger we ordered for her here didn’t stand a chance. I had the seafood pasta my husband had the gumbo and it was good to the very last drop. This is our place to eat when we come to downtown pensacola. Mrs. Miranda was so sweet and Demi was great, and she had a good spirit. This is a must place to eat.

My husband got terrible food poisoning just hours after eating there. I got raw oysters and I’m fine but he got the broiled with half Cajun and half garlic parm. Definitely think your kitchen needs to check their food handling and ensure proper sanitary practices. On top of that overpriced food. Lucille, however, was great as far as service.

Food was embarrassing. We live on the GULF OF MEXICO…. Where shrimp are abundant. I had the shrimp taco… it was flavorless and the shrimp were miniscule. It needed a citrus and salt … anything. The crawfish appetizers thing was super greasy and raw! Its looked like fried Thanksgiving dressing . All or ut seemed like frozen Sysco food. Save that for IOWA! We have access to so much here. If i knew it was a chain i would have passed. Over priced and the20% is rediculous
