Slice house is about the average middle of the pack when it comes to Slice Pizza joints in Utah. Not bad, but unfortunately nothing on the elevated side. It will get a 3.1/5 for me. Not quite putting my finger on the overall 4.5 on Google, but maybe the Calzones and whole specialty pies are better? This will be a classic slice-only review.

No sauce?! Where’s the sauce. Bland cheese bread. I ordered 2 build your own pizzas and marinara sauce was already pre checked, but it seemed like there was barely any sauce at all. I spent 30 bucks on 2 little pizzas, one 1 topping, one 2 topping and could even get any sauce on my pizza. The cheese and pepperoni and crust were mediocre. As you can see, there are traces of sauce if you search, but most of the slice is bare. A photo?? There is a photo. Two of them. Why would I make this up anyway?

Super yummy, authentic and freshly made. My husband and I ordered the calzones. It was about $9.00 and 0.55 cents per topping. They are huge calzones you can easily feed two people. I think they are under new management but the taste is the same as always. Come try their food!

Slice House is amazing!! Pizza was wonderful with fast and kind service! The Nutella dessert calzone with dipping frosting was to die for! Matt is a master at all things pizza!! Homemade dough and authentic homemade sauce elevates this pizza above most! Slice House is in a great location, has plenty of seating and a clean/fun atmosphere! We hit up their back to school party 2 weeks ago with free pizza, cookies and swag giveaways. It was a blast! A fantastic place to take your whole family! Visit today….you won’t be disappointed! It’s the BEST!!

Best pizza in St. George, hands down. I always order a pepperoni and sausage pizza and cheese sticks, and it hits the spot every time. The dough and sauce are out of this world, and the toppings are delicious. The only downside to the cheese sticks is that I’d have to buy an entirely new wardrobe if I ate them as often as I wanted, which is 24/7. Add a side of ranch to the equation, forget about it. This is a hardy pizza, don’t be expecting sissy thin crust artisanal pizza with arugula and eggplant toppings. You will not leave hungry, go check them out!

The pizza was okay but it’s kinda disappointing that you can only get a few basic flavors by the slice, especially since it is advertised as a pizzeria that sells by the slice. Everything else you have to buy a full pie for a minimum of $15. Also found it a bit strange that the pizza you get by the slice is not on display. I just hope they consider selling ALL of the pizzas by the slice. That would definitely bring me back!

I will start by saying that I love pizza and have eaten at hundreds of various pizza joints in my travels… Pizza is about 50% of my diet. I was very confused by the reviews vs. my experience here. My only conclusion is that people who rave about this place aren’t pizza people. If you like this place you probably also like Costco and Pizza Hut. This was the worst pizza that I have had in a long time. Very unfortunate. Great service and atmosphere, but the pizza was basically a bland cheese bread. 3/10

I thought the pizza was way too greasy, we are talking dripping and soaked with grease. The crust has little flavor, and is spongy in texture. The cheese is too salty. The breadsticks were actually better than the pizza, and they were alright but not the best I’ve ever had. The portion of marinara sauce is small, and you have to pay extra for more sauce. The service was actually extremely good, so I had to give 2 stars instead of 1. They also have Pepsi products which is also a plus. Unless they can improve their pizza, I won’t be back. Rigattis is still the best pizza in all of Washington County.

It’s not my thing, the pizza was very “meh” to me. The sauce is light which I really like, and it has a great flavor. The cheese and pepperoni wasn’t special, but wasn’t bad either. The crust was soft but seemed to lack…something…I can’t put my finger on it. The breadsticks were not good and seemed like cheap store bought parm melted to a pizza crust. My kids loved everything, which made me happy, but my Wife and I weren’t impressed especially for the price. I won’t tell anybody not to go here, it’s just not for me. but if you haven’t been here give it a try and see if you like it.

Delectable food – fluffy yet crispy crust, amazing flavor, and very generous servings. We loved the Pete’s Pie and The Duke. The mozzarella sticks are a must! My kids were fascinated by the Nutella Calzone (it comes with frosting and was also delicious).
