Today 6/23 my daughter and I stopped by for a quick bite and let me just say the 2 gentlemen working the register and serving were beyond amazing. Very helpful, their service was far and beyond great, they were friendly and could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. Many more fast food places need people like them. They were quite busy and always had a positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back

I got the steak burger and wow! It was delicious! The waffle fries were good too! Marc the driver his customer service was phenomenal tonight he got my food delivered 20 minutes ahead of schedule! Great service and great food! Now the fried dough is a nice dessert option and I can reheat it cuz I can’t finish all they give you! Great amount for the price!! Thank you Slice Factory!!! 10/20/21

NYC Portion size, customer service, and speed gives it 4 stars. BURGERS are NO LONGER on menu. The owner hasn’t updated online sites to reflect this. So don’t be disappointed. L9ve the craft tea options. Flavor of pizza is meh. But the combo price of $12.99 for jumbo slice, beverage and boneless wings may be worth the deal if on a budget and on the go.

It’s a quick by-the-slice joint. There are a few tables you can eat at, but not made for a dining experience. Slices are huge, basic sauce and decent toppings. The crust is a little too thick and could use some seasonings and oil. Don’t do the fried dough, it’s the pizza crust cut in squares, fried with sugar thrown on. Now, the service is on point. They were alert, communicated well, and made it fresh. No one on their cell phones, leaning on the counter or having side conversations out in the open.

Pizza slices are a nice serving for one, but this visit was for their Nutella bites. One order comes with 3 fried pieces of dough that envelope a sweet dollop of Nutella with a powdered sugar on top. The dough was a bit thicker than I anticipated, but there is also a nice serving of Nutella to balance it out. Mine were served nice and warm.

Should’ve listened to the other 1 star reviews. Spent over $50 and it was a total waste of money. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni calzone amongst other items. I guess their definition of sausage is actual links of Italian sausage sliced. On top of that there wasn’t 1 piece of pepperoni in the one half of it. It was all on the one side. To make matters even better, it wasn’t even fully cooked. The outside crust was crispy as it should be. Beyond that it was a sloppy uncooked doughy mess. Didn’t even finish it. What you see in the picture is as far as I made it. Threw the rest away. Now we know for next time, go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
