Marianne and Felisa are the reasons that I come to this establishment. Slacks is fortunate to have such dedicated employees. The food is tastefully done with an extra ingredient. Their personality is natural. I live in Chester County and travel to get my food. I recommend this venue to all my employees and customers. Ladies : I am a critic , and you pass with flying colors. If you ever leave I will no longer frequent this venue. 5 stars indeed.

If I could rate them a zero in everything I would. The manager who was on shift 6/16/2023 was absolutely rude, and unprofessional and deserves to be replaced immediately. He has a clean shaved face about 5’10 in height and has pepper hair white male tall and thin stature. I went inside to ask to use the bathroom the person at the front of the counter was polite and said I could go in. My husband and my kids were at a table and had placed an order. So clearly I am a customer if we purchased something from this location for my son. As I was approaching the restroom this man holding a phone to his ear asked have you placed an order. I asked him are you talking to me? He then said yes have you placed an order? I told him my husband did he is in the lobby with my kids why? He then said well did it get picked up or when was it placed? Because the bathroom is for customers only. I couldn’t believe I was being interrogated just to use the bathroom.

Slacks pizza is not created like all of the rest. Their pizza is “Unique” & this makes the pizza soo tasty !!

About 20 years ago I would get hoagies from here when hanging with a friend I had in Springfield. Now, I’ve been living in Springfield for a few years, and out of the million places available, Slack’s is definitely one of the best!

Been wanting to try a Slacks for awhile now. After this visit I don’t know why. The older dark haired lady who waited on me acted like I was bothering her ordering a sub in a sub shop she chose to work in. Nothing stood out with the Italian sub. A tiny bit of lettuce and two small very thin slices of tomatoes. Needless to say I’m done with Slacks.

My favorite sandwich shop…EVER!! The food is so good. I love everything I have tried from there and I have had a lot of options. They are super accommodating to vegetarians as well. I love the staff they are seriously the best. The location is really convenient too. If you havent had a chance, definitely check them out ASAP.
