Well, it is appreciated that the restaurant provides gluten free options. It would nice if the gluten free items included 1 or 2 gluten free side dishes, such as salad bar, steamed vegetables or other items.. The expense of one item included just the meat and no sides, which makes it a very expensive item. The buffet cost includes several items and it would be appreciated if the gluten free items had side dishes available to really make a complete meal. Again, it is appreciated that the restaurant is offering gluten free items, and the addition of side dishes could make it a more pleasant experience.
