Happy hour is a perfect time to check this nice place out. They have a great menu and we ordered fish and brisket tacos. They are small fyi but they were good. The beer options were average at best. The cocktails looked elevated. I think it took a bit too long for our food to come out. I also felt one or two more check-ins and or refills of tea and water would have been appreciated. When our server was there, they were very professional. The views are pleasant inside and out. I will return.

Located inside of bishops lodge. It is one of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. Their menu doenst change much but they have some killer dishes.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday! We sat on the patio with our fur baby and were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and watched a stunning sunset happen all around us while we enjoyed our delicious dinner. Our server David was excellent and friendly, and even gave us his suggestion of a wonderful dessert. We look forward to enjoying another special occasion at this beautiful resort.

Best Birthday celebration ever! Such a beautiful evening, perfect weather, lovely patio atmosphere, exceptional service and delicious food. David, our Server, went above and beyond from the moment we were seated. He and the staff even treated our fur-baby as an important guest. David’s suggestions were perfect, from the Holy Margarita before dinner to the biscochito ice cream for dessert. Chef even came out to greet us during dessert. I could not have asked for a better way to turn 60. Skyfire will become a yearly tradition. You all made an everlasting impression and memories that will never fade.

Our family had the opportunity to brunch here after being turned away from another local restaurant. Our party requires outdoor dining due to health concerns. The staff at Sky Fire were incredibly accommodating and even offered a golf cart to spirit us from the parking lot to the restaurant. Their hospitality enhanced what was an excellent meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you, Sky Fire! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

As we have dined, stayed and HH’ed at Bishops Lodge many times, we continue to find the restaurant and bar (mostly) really undeserving of the Auberge brand. We stayed overnight for our anniversary (2023) and experienced a wonderful room/welcome ambiance experience (see pic). But as usual the HH bar was a disappointment. Frankly the bar/back bar looks like a bomb had gone off… bottles everywhere, messy, unclean looking, and in disarray every time we come. The dinner service was good and the meal that evening was also good—not great but fine. Again I recently stopped with girlfriends for 3:30 bar nosh and cocktails…and again the place is a mess…..it honestly looks like the bartender just got through serving a party of 50 people and hasnt had time to restore/replace and clean the area…but it always looks like that!!!! Considering the effort and money spent on the refurbishment, landscaping, additions of buildings/services to the old BL, and what you charge for your rooms, the restaurant and bar ought to be comparable to ‘Geronimos’ or The ‘Compound’ in Sant Fe. It is not….altho we keep hoping for a better experience each time we visit, it just doesn’t seem to improve. This is a mystery…You’ve been open long enough to have fixed the rough spots in your restaurant and bar… someone MUST take a look. thank you and good luck. —we have eaten breakfast, lunch, HH, dinner. Your selections below won’t let me choose more than one. thx

Had a wonderful dinner here with my wife. The manager Evan was very welcoming. Our server Melissa was great. The whole staff is amazing! So many of them greeted us. The food was delicious, loved the new hamachi dish. The lamb fell off the bone. The dessert of the moment was very good, especially the red wine sauce. The views are beautiful! The restaurant is romantic and relaxing, would very much recommend.

We made reservations for out door seating. When we arrived we were told it was going to rain and encouraged to sit inside. It didn’t rain, seemed they just wanted to accommodate the party they had outside. Was bothered by a copious amount of flies throughout the meal. Service was GREAT at first but after the entrees arrived it declined majorly. The Holy margarita was good but NOT worth $22. The entrees were good, we had the glazed chicken and lamb, portions quite small. Kids dishes were way too small and lacked quality for price the desserts were beautiful but incredibly dry. They charged $8 for a mediocre kids Shirley temple. When we finally got the bill (after too long of a wait, they charged a 20% “service fee” and then had the audacity to request a tip. Ridiculous

Delicious! Every dish we had was fantastic. We did the opera fixed price menu before an opera which included the tomato salad, ribs, and black forest cake for my partner and the soup, glazed chicken, and apple crisp for me. We also went for the wine pairing which was well thought out. I’d definitely go back. We also had the La Reina cocktail for dessert which was quite good!
