Food are fresh and delicious. Took a little longer than excepted but worth the wait. The Shrimp and Crabmeat Po Boy has a layer of crab meat spread on the top bun. Shrimp was flavorful and delicious. Crabmeat has nice flavor. Fries were as excepted but nothing special. Tilapia was wonderful aswell. Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

With a whopping 3/4 pound of perfectly fried catfish between two sesame seed buns, I must admit I left a happy customer. They really do have the “best fish samwich in town”. Can’t wait to come back and try the skrimp.

I ordered 10 shrimp and carb cake. Whoever the cook was on 10/30/21 burnt the food, but packaged it anyway. I received my food from DoorDash. I tried calling the store to report the incident, no response. Super disappointing.

I’ve been to a couple of different locations, and visited this one on their grand opening. The food was ok, but definitely not as good as the other locations in Richmond. I’d like to think this is due to the “newness”, but have yet returned to try again. The portions were small (again in comparrison) and the food didn’t seem to have as much flavor as the others. I’ll try them again soon, in hopes for improvement because it really is a good chain.

I went to Skrimp Shack for dinner Monday night and found out they no longer do a fish and skrimp basket but u could get fish and add shrimp to it. My food was hot and good however when I got home I opened my box and didn’t have tartar or cocktail sauce. I have ate at many locations over the last couple year and have always had a pack of cocktail and a pack of tartar in my food tray.. However the last 2 times at the laburnum location and now at this location there was no sauce. This could be a new procedure which is fine but the cashier or person handing out the food should ask if you would like sauce. I don’t know anyone that eats fish without. I know I don’t. Luckily I had sum at home.

1st Left banana pudding out the bag for my door dash when I called someone answered the phone just saying “hey” then proceeded to tell me I can just come and get it but store was now closed or dispute with door dash. Then my food was cold and nasty and “grilled tenders” weren’t cooked all the way through. Complete waste of time and money will not be ordering again
