We added shrimp to one order and they forgot to bring it. Manager brought it out right away and apologized, so no big deal. Food was really good. Shrimp was fried perfectly. The tacos were fantastic, they had a spicy dressing that was really delicious. The vanilla wafer pudding is worth a try. The restaurant is small so it can become very packed, customers waiting on their orders standing in front of the drink fountain or by the exit. Overall a good experience and will return again.

Update: Gave it another shot today for lunch and was not disappointed this time. It’s not cheap, but is definitely worth it. I had the shrimp poboy meal, my wife had the whiting sandwich meal, and my son had the chicken nuggets kids meal. The poboy with spicy sauce was fantastic. It had a lot of shrimp on it and the sauce was delicious with a medium spice. The roll was good and not too large for the number of shrimp. The whiting sandwich was absolutely stacked with fish. I think there were probably 4 filets on it that were delicious. The kids meal was solid for what it was. The staff were also incredibly attentive and checked on us frequently. Would highly recommend.

The whiting fish was super dry. Shrimp Po boy was okay. Sweet potato fries was okay but a little bit short weight based on the price. The clam chowder maybe was the best in this meal.

Terrible, my fish was falling apart in the box, and there were 2 different kinds of fish, I only ordered one not to mention the okra was noting but burnt pieces. The manager did try to refund me my money but he couldn’t because i ordered

They say they have “The best fish samwich in town”. They’re not kidding. Had the shrimp and crabmeat Po boy and it was delicious. The shrimp were falling out of the bread. You’ll need extra napkins, but your taste buds will celebrate.

These folks were so nice to us while we were on vacation when we stopped by. They even have wonderful inspirational quotes on the wall and the food is amazing and delicious. UPDATE TO OWNER: Yes, we were the people who ordered the whole thing and then – oops! – we forgot to tell you it was to go! — but then you all packaged it up and we went to the state park north of town and had a beautiful picnic, all thanks to you ! Thanks again! All best wishes in your continued success and thanks for opening on Monday because otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to visit.
