Haven’t been in a while and didn’t feel particularly welcome. No welcome when customers came through the door, no smiles for customers as they collected their food and no “Thank you and come again.” The store isn’t decorated in any appealing form at all and to top it all…. the meat in the feather and pig didn’t taste fresh. The chunks of turkey for my salad looked and tasted cheap. I was totally disappointed.

A real old-fashioned deli right in the neighborhood! I found a gold mine here! Authentic sandwiches, German mustard on the Rueben! Pastrami that melts in your mouth. Tender roast beef and corned beefSteaming the sandwich is brilliant! Italian subs are awesome, rolls are really good. The best Italian subs in town, they’re huge! Best quality meats and cheeses and vegetables. Huge salads. generous portions, reasonable prices. A neighborhood staple for 51 years. A second location in lake butler if you’re traveling that way. Add their number to your contacts, definitely worth a try! You’ll be back, Highly recommended!

Awesome sub shop. I hated to knock them on the atmosphere portion, but the food makes up for it. Trust me, stop here! This is a place you go to where the locals go. It has been there for two decades or more. Maybe someone can fact-check me and tell me how long they have been there.

1st time passing through town. Good atmosphere, very local feel. Great employees. I wish the Turkey sandwich was served cold since slaw was on it. Also the slaw made the toast soggy quickly. Potato salad was very good. Will try again next time I’m in town. The salads looks delightful.
