RIP Skimmers. We’ve been coming here for years, and up until now, it was great. Now, with the new ownership, the quality and service has gone downhill. Memphis: Brown mustard sandwich because that’s all I could taste. The Bird: used to be a Go-To staple for me, now the sauce is flavorless and it’s just not he same. It would be one thing if it was better, but it’s worse. Easily used to be 4-5 stars for a panini quality. Now 2 at best.

I came here for lunch and the food took forever to come out. All I ordered was a panini and coleslaw. I ordered the Neopolitan panini and it was awful. They drenched it in balsamic vinegar. It was so sour I couldn’t eat it. I give the food 2 stars because the coleslaw was decent. The food was not worth the wait and I won’t be returning.
