I had a beautiful colorful salad – yes it was beautiful with all the goodies – in Cambridge, Massachusetts at Skampa. It was called: The Greek with a Twist! Not only do they serve delicious subs but also salads. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This place is a hidden gem for salads, there’s an almond arugula one that is jam packed with fresh veggies and the others have nice baby greens. Their roast beef sandwiches are incredible, too.
