Tasty duck, roast pork, fried ribs, bbq pork. Family owned and operated spot. The spicy chicken wings were surprisingly good. Great value for the $$$! Eat inside and experience the sights and sounds of grandma hacking away at the meats with a giant meat cleaver! Reminds me of Asia!

I love the atmosphere in here. I got the lunch special with the crispy pork and Peking duck and it was amazing. I got the Thai chili added and it was spicy but I can take spice. The flavor of the food is delicious and the portion size is going to hold me over for dinner as well.

yummy roasted pork belly and bbq! the large plate would consists of 2 meats, veggie of choice and rice. service is fast as long as you know what you want to order. don’t expect a bougie setting but its a must visit if you want good food without any frills

I moved to the medical center recently but always going to Chinatown for roast ducks so I googled to see if there are any close by and found this place. I went downtown today for some errands and decided to check it out. I got the roast duck and roast pork belly. It was excellent especially the pork belly. Very crispy and not a lot of fat. The duck is tender and juicy. I really love it and can’t recommend highly enough. Kudos to the chef

Appearance are deceiving when it comes to this little gem in the wall. Located in the same shopping center as Pho Saigon, this little diner offers an amazing selection of cooked meats with the most amazing flavors. When asked if you want sauce and oil, you’re gonna wanna say yes if you’re fan of spice. While it is spicier than expected, the chili oil adds a ton of flavor to your meal. Going back to the selection of meats, this spot offers Roasted Duck, Roasted Pig, Peking Duck, & numerous varieties of Barbecue Chicken and pork. Not to mention the fair pricing for the meal itself. For my meal of steamed rice, steamed veggies, roasted pork and roasted Duck, and a drink- I paid about 16 dollars. With the amount of food I was given, I’d argue you’d have a harder time finding a better deal elsewhere in Midtown! This little homely diner is a spot I heavily recommend for any foodie in Houston. The atmosphere was so nice and refreshing that I was brought back to my childhood of ordering from over the counter taquerias. I cannot recommend this spot enough!
