Love how Sister’s decorates for the holidays the tree was lovely so of course we had to take a quick pic got my daughter a mixed berry smoothie with whipped cream and sprinkles her favorite drink here. Ordered off doordash and sisters had my dasher in tears over nothing. Telling her she was late etc and then belittling her to tears. When I called to figure out what even happened as I didn’t make a complaint about my order as they had tried to say I did the girl gave me attitude. She also mentioned how my dasher being bilingual was part of the problem and said I had no right to come at her side ways when in reality I was more patient and understanding with her than I needed to be. Yall should be ashamed. That call we had was also recorded girl so please please say something about how this ain’t true. Lol obviously you lack accountability, professionalism, and empathic approach when dealing with other humans. She obviously wasn’t having a good day and wanted to make that everyone else’s problem. Young lady you need to learn accountability for your actions and I hope you’re ashamed of your behavior.

I just discovered this little coffee shop this week. I must say that I find it amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greated with a smile and a good morning.. I ordered tea and a bagel and sat at a table to start my morning.. The vibe in the place is very comfy and family like. I wish I could give them 10 Stars because that is how much I enjoy this place. I use to really love this shop. But unfortunately yesterday I received possibly the worst service I’ve ever had from here. I was the last customer of the day, and got nothing but attitude while my order was being taken. And when I ordered 2 medium blended coffees I received 2 smalls instead. I also asked for oat milk…which is literally written on the side of the cup….and received regular milk. I’m allergic to milk and wasn’t feeling well for quite a while after. So, never be the last customer I guess
