Absolute best place for salads and sandwhiches in the Rolesville/Wake Forest area. It has become our go to lunch spot on Saturdays for several years. Kelly uses the freshest ingredients and everything is made from scratch including a wide variety of salad dressings. The portions are large and we have not had a bad thing on the menu. In the cooler months, her soups are absolutely amazing. Sandwhiches and salads are customizable to your exact liking and she has a wide variety of breads (Wraps, foldovers, Croissants etc..). Their smoothies are excellent and if you like chicken salad, that is a must try.

Some of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had! And very reasonably priced. Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the food because we ate it so quickly, but the Buffalo chicken and Nashville chicken sandwiches in particular were absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back!

My new favorite place! I ordered online in the parking lot and my food was ready in about 10 minutes. I ordered the chipotle chicken fold over with Greek pasta salad as the side. Everything was absolutely delicious! The customer service was outstanding too – as soon as I walked in (I was a little early) she was at the table ready to hand me my food. It’s rare that I’m 100% satisfied with eateries around here as I am kinda bougie (I’ll admit it) but this place takes the cake. Can’t wait to try their salads and smoothies!

Best salads I’ve ever had!! The lettuce to topping ratio cannot be found anywhere else. Very generous portions. So fresh. Dressings are made in house. The cilantro lime vinaigrette is amazing! Highly recommend!!

I’m completely disappointed tonight and it had nothing to do with the food. My family has had great food from Sip Noshery for several years and no issues until in a hurry I needed to place an order and pay in person. One of the staff members told me they are not set up for that and it could not be done. (Online ordering only) When I shared my disappointment with her she told me “It works great for us” I did not appreciate her comment and I do not understand this new way of thinking businesses do not interact with their customers. I probably will not do business here anymore.

My husband and I just moved to Rolesville and we were so excited to find this place. We work from home so we are always looking to change up our lunch plans. I ordered lunch and picked up our food. The employees were so nice and kind, and greeted me right away. The Nosh foldover is so flavorful and the jackfruit one had my husband convinced it was Hawaiian chicken. So yummy! We will definitely be making this a regular spot for lunch!
