Used to love going here until I came and got a two meat meal and a cup of water. They literally charged me for a fountain drink for a WATER. I paid $3 for a small cup of water. I asked the guy about it and he just looked at me. If I would’ve known they were gonna charge me for it, I wouldn’t have even gone. Not going back

I want to start by saying that I am a regular customer here since 2012 when I was younger and visited the mall with my parents. Recently, there was a change in ownership around early 2022 (the old owner now runs the Cinnabon outside the food court). After the new owners took over, they changed all of the staff, which was disappointing to me since the old staff were much friendlier and gave me very good portions. The new staff seemed irritated after I asked for more food as they piled it to make it seem as there was a lot more than there actually was. There was no more self-serve condiments station and the napkins are now recycled. I’ve also noticed that the size of the food box has been slowly decreasing over the years while the price of the food increased (likely due to inflation), but what made me rank only 2 stars on this particular visit is that the server made annoyed faces and wasn’t friendly when I asked if there were any fresh noodles and for a slightly larger portion.
