Food was good, particularly the Tokyo tacos. However, portion sizes were a little off. The tacos were less than half filled which made it feel like they weren’t worth the price. Good selection of fresh tasting beers.

Large Brewery and Restaurant in Historic Wonder Bread Factory Building. Many beer choices and food choices. We enjoyed our meals and the spiced oatmeal stout and double IPA. Restaurant, Beer hall and bar seating.

Great atmosphere, great staff, great beer. I’ve always loved Tip the Cow, but Two Cows was amazing. The Gose was slightly sour and really refreshing. If we lived in Waterloo we’d be here all the time. We had the chips and salsa and the chips were freshly fried and very tasty. This also was not as spicy as we like it but it had good flavor. Our kids had some trouble with the pinball machine but the staff immediately came out and helped out with it. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick visit.

We didn’t eat here, but came for a night cap and stayed for a few. We sat on the patio and had a lovely time. The service was great as were the drinks. Neither family was from Cedar Fall/Waterloo, but it felt like a great hometown place.

I will not be a repeat customer. Today was both my first, and last, time ever patroning this establishment. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired. SingleSpeed Brewing Co. is basically a glorified cafeteria with inflated prices and very basic food. It was one of the most impersonal dining experiences I’ve ever encountered.
