Located at the very heart of downtown Chicago , this resto-bar offers a variety of Asian food, cocktails and drinks at a reasonable price. I have tried their potstickers, spicy tuna, miso soup, chicken wings and non of them disappoint. Their Malaysian-style green curry is highly recommended. Crews/staffs are polite, attentive and friendly. Ambiance is cozy and clean. Will definitely come back to satisfy my Asian cravings.

Mu experience at Simply Thalia was exceptional! It felt so good to be back in my hometown of Chic, and experience Midwest hospitality at its finest at this restaurant. The staff here were so attentive & my sushi was delicious! I gave only four stars for atmosphere because they don’t have an on-site bathroom, but that’s outside of their control. Overall, exceptional value and eatery!

I got vegan curry & my friend got salmon & my other friend got a burger. They both liked their food- the curry was extremely spicy, and I like spicy food… I couldn’t finish it in one sitting because of the heat. The vibe was cute & it seemed like it had a nice bar, but the people working seemed unexperienced. I asked for a cocktail on their menu and it wasn’t made with the correct ingredients. After letting the bar know, they remade it & it tasted completely different but was still off…

The menu is very limited, the two rolls I had were pretty good, but was still $32 just for a salmon and spicy tuna… Not worth the price vs taste, they have a happy hour which was cheap drinks good for after a hard day of work.

My very first meal after took the blue line from O’hare airport. I really enjoyed what I ordered which is Pad Thai. It’s not dry like other places that I’ve tried Pad Thai but very impressed. Just 4* because the size is too small for me.

This little asian joint has something from everywhere asian, including some of the lesser known, like Malaysia! The decor and vibe are pretty up beat. We came here for lunch. They have a pretty good deal for a lunch special. $12 for course meal and the food was really good too, although not the best I’ve ever had.

Didn’t know what to expect- I ordered the spicy wings and the potstickers and oh my god they were so good! The potstickers were so fresh and fragrant, and the wings were a flavorful! A bit spicy without being heavy or tasting like chemical spices. Pleasantly surprised :)))
