I placed an order over the phone for about $21. My husband went and picked it up but he thought I paid over the phone as well as the GM Zach thought it was an online paid order, so the food was just handed to my husband without being paid for by accident. While my husband was on the way back home I got a missed call from simple Simon so I called them back and Zach explained the situation and I was offering to call my husband to have him turn around and come pay for it but Zack went ahead and discounted it since he felt it was his fault. This is another reason why I love this location! Thank you Zach and Simple Simon’s!

Absolutely great service & food! We ordered the original calzone and a cauliflower Hawaiian pizza. Everything tasted amazing. The staff were welcoming and genuinely cared about my experience. You don’t get that very often anymore, and I appreciate their service! Prices are great, it was about $15 for both items. The only thing I’d change is to remember a cash tip for next time.

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered three things for a total of $55 dollars. Two out of three were COMPLETELY WRONG. I called the store and asked for a refund for the items that were incorrect, they have no manager on staff because today is the managers day off. So they were going to have him call me back, he never called me so I drove to the store re with the incorrect food. There were tow employees, the male immediately got upset and said they tried to call me, I showed him my call log and explained that I wanted to speak with the owner to get this resolved, he yelled at me in front of my four year old daughter and called me a Karen because I wanted my food either corrected or I wanted my money back. I’m not sure who owns this store but you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for allowing your employees to speak to customers this way, and also for not having a manager on staff to handle situations like this. Your food is not cheap, and when you pay for a meal it should be correct. I will not be back and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears this story. Teach your employees some respect and how to take responsibility for messing up an order.

2nd time I’ve been to get the salad bar and they shut it down early. Another group had just walked out as they went after church and it was closed. They were complaining and asked me if I was there for it to? They said management was unapologetic and acted as they didn’t want bothered by it. I won’t go back till current manager is fired.

Where has this place been hiding!? The calzones we got were huge, stuffed so full the toppings were falling out…and the crust omg the crust is so tasty and crispy while still being soft and fluffy in the middle. We will definitely be coming back!
