I recently visited Simple Simon’s and was positively impressed with the level of customer service provided by the employee Abigail. Not only was she exceptionally friendly and welcoming, but she was also incredibly professional in her demeanor. Abigail went out of her way to ensure that I was happy with my order and even made some excellent recommendations that I really appreciated. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive and she was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Overall, Abigail was a really friendly person to interact with and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a friendly and professional employee at Simple Simon’s. She definitely made my visit a memorable one, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Was visiting family in the area and stopped in for dinner. At first, I was excited to see a large salad bar with a great selection but quickly let down by seeing brown lettuce and warm dressing and veggies. I told the scraggly blonde lady about it. She came out and just said, yeah, someone didn’t turn the buffet on. Then walked off. They just left it like that!!! This is so unsafe and against everything I know about food safety.

OMG, what happened to this place? Ordered delivery, after an hour I finally called, Emily the manager on duty was so unhelpful, unprofessional and couldn’t care less, I finally just went to get my food, asked her to refund the delivery fee, she was just rude and when I asked for a refund period she just looked at me and said” we don’t do that” . I’m here almost weekly. The pizza is always how I want it. The Stromboli is the best you’ll find around. The marinara is always fresh so it doesn’t kill you with heartburn. The salad bar and buffet are awesome and always stocked if you decide to eat in. All in all…this is our little gem in Berryhill.
