Born and bred in the city of angels. Silverlake Ramen was created with a combined passion and experience for creating ramen that embodies delicious quality, and traditional ingredients. We stand true to our ramen, and believe it’s the best we’ve ever had…A ramen our neighbors can brag about!
Silverlake embodies the free spirit and casual vibe of Los Angeles. Cooked up by two chefs who drove their love for noodles and ramen, they dreamed up a brand that would be unpretentious, and original in it’s way of thinking. Similar to the environment in which ramen was invented. We are now taking that vibe and serving up bowls of it in locations across the nation.

Had the opportunity to try out the Silverlake ramen in LA and I can say that the Fashion Valley Silverlake is just as good.

Different broth that I am used to having, I usually go for miso, but never hurts to try something new. The Blaze Ramen was very delicious and spicy. The pork is too thick for me I prefer it thin, but it is soft and good. Also got the fried gyoza, I love dipping it in my broth. That was delicious as well. Will come back here for ramen again.

Mediocre Ramen. The Garlic Truffle Ramen and the Spicy Ramen were both bland and not spicy (asked for extra spicy). The thick slice of pork was tough. Also ordered the crispy rice with tuna which was pretty good. The total with 2 green teas was about $55. Would not recommend this place even if you’re very hungry. Will leave you wanting to stop by a fast food place on the way home to hit the spot that this restaurant didn’t hit. The service was okay.

Some of the best ramen I’ve had and the gyoza and chicken karaage was out of this world. Did the lunch combo where I had the ramen and one appetizer and I was so full plus had some to take home. Very flavorful and tasty. Excellent service. Have already told quite a few people about how great this place is and I can’t wait to go back!

It was slow Tuesday with less crowd at fashion mall that evening. I went to fashion valley mall every week but never noticed this place.

The truffle ramen and chicken karaage was really good! I really like this ramen shop. It’s cute, tasty, and the employees seem generally happy to be there! We got our food pretty quickly as well. Definitely love the atmosphere and the pricing was pretty good. I would love to go back.
