Food was absolutely what I want in my ramen! The Garlic Truffle Ramen was so rich and delectable, even balanced out how bitter kale can be. Just wasn’t a fan of the atmosphere, was hoping there would be some AC but man it was hot with that open door floor plan.

We have been going to the location in Silverlake for at least 7 years. We would make trips just to go eat there and drive all the way back home a hour and a half. So we were so excited to know the Rancho Cucamonga location was opening up. And when it opened we were disappointed. But we thought ok maybe it’s because it’s a new location we will give it some time but no every time we order something is missing or messed up. We have called and complained so many times. They even run out of items! The manager can’t seem to get it down on how much to order to make it through a busy weekend.

Food and service were great, I did get my ramen before the appetizers but it was all good. Don’t know if it’s the time of the year but quite a few flies around so be ready for that.

The two girls that greeted us were just so unenthusiastic. No smile, no welcome in, like I don’t understand how they got hired if that’s how they are representing silverlake Ramen. Luckily the Ramen made up for it. Actually not bad, a bit mid. The Blaze was definitely worth it. Getting the buns on the side was also worth it as well. Definitely would recommend , but maybe just not this place.

Their ramen comes with spicy variants. so so good! We picked the $19 combos where you can pick 1 kind of Ramen and 1 appetizer. Quick service and very attentive staff. The place was clean. Beautiful ambiance. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

Great addition to the Victoria Gardens food scene. Went to have lunch there this afternoon. We ordered the Shoyu Ramen and the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen. Both ramen were fresh, and the broth had tons of flavor. Portion size is huge as well. I couldn’t finish mine. Great service, too …our Ramen wasn’t hot enough for us, so they happily reheated them for us. Can’t wait to come back and try their rice bowls and other items.

Staff here was very friendly. Trinity was our waitress and she was phenomenal. The Garlic Truffle Ramen was delicious. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but for my first time here it was great. One of the appitizers wasnt available but over all a five. Thank you.
