I usually love Silvermine! But this was a bit different. Called for pickup order. Made me give the card number over the phone instead of just paying when I pick up…which is whatever…but then asked “what kind of tip are you going to leave for the staff?” Kinda awkward…then the soup was cold. Sandwiches were ok.

Whoever the girl named Alax they have working there has a bad attitude! Refuses to make peoples food! Was told it was going to take her 30 minutes to make two sandwiches! Multiple people asked for a manager while we were in there! She most definitely hates her job!

SHUT THE STORE DOWN! I ordered a small Italian, cheddar broccli soup and a chicken Cesar salad. Barely any chicken and I didn’t know Cesar salad consisted of mushrooms the lettuce was rotten literally brown like what is wrong with y’all. The soup was THICK. The Italian sub was basically just bread and nothing but mayonnaise and two slices of meat. If you don’t like your job just quit and let someone else who don’t mind working. Never again! SHUT THE STORE DOWN!

Estimated delivery time was 11:06 it’s now 11:47 still no food. I called to check on order and was told the delivery driver has seven deliveries and he will be there shortly. Never did she ever ask my name or order or anything. I’m extremely disappointed especially because it was a $36.30 order 🙁 finally got here at midnight and it wasn’t even our order. What a joke? I called but of course they close at midnight so no answer. What do I do? SMH

Website didn’t work. Called in order, went good, ordered almost identical orders, the exception were veggies. Didn’t get the some of the listed ingredients and with all I added (veggies) it still was mostly bread. Used to love this sandwich but I can make my own better.

Silvermine offers quickly assembled minimally customized submarine sandwiches. This location is fast but minimally staffed and is typically busier during the week.

Sandwich quality is semi consistent. Sometimes when we’ve ordered the portions are sizable and the taste of the sandwich is great. More recently it’s a 50/50 shot on portions of toppings. Veggies are almost non existent. Called to complain and we were told the sandwiches are done by weight. If this is the new standard I don’t think we want to spend our money here anymore. This was disappointing for a $18 sandwich.

The bread was hard as a rock. The lettuce was wilted. Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at silver mines was at this location off 11th Ave Greeley. I’d recommend you use the 10th st location. Much better service and quality of food

I hate that you have to put in a tip before you get your food. I put in a tip, delivered late, cold (ordered warm sandwiches) and missed toppings. But yet I already paid the tip. Isn’t a tip for an accurate and job done well?
