A couple weeks back I came into this silvermine to get a sub for my wife, we opened the sandwich in the parking lot and it was SOAKING wet. I went back in and asked them if they could put the ingredients on another piece of bread that isn’t drenched and he said “no we will just make you another” so I tossed it in the trash. They made a new one and he rudely said the best they could do is 10% off the second sandwich. I walked out, I’ve emailed silvermine to try and fix this and they ghosted me. I’m not done with this, I want a sandwich like I paid for and I won’t give up until that happens.

Easily the best sub I’ve ever had. The ingredients were noticeably fresh!! I was not expecting that level of quality. The guys who work here are really chill. I have not had a sub sandwich in my life as fresh as that. It was like I made it myself. I have fairly high standards. I’m blown away.

I absolutely love the fact that they stay open till 3 a.m. . They make really good Subs and the staff here is friendly and they get your sandwich fast. I would definitely recommend this place for dinner lunch or late-night munchies. It’s quite conveniently located next to a GameStop which nothing better than buying a game a sub and heading to the house to get the munchies.

Pretty disappointed with my sub. I ordered the frontier sub but not sure what I was given. There was no bacon on the sub and just chicken and lettuce. They also put Buffalo sauce on the sub instead of BBQ which isn’t a big deal but without the bacon the sub was pretty bland and below average

I only know of this location, I am not speaking for the franchise but I requested “curbside delivery” upon ordering my sub, which indicates that an employee will be walking my food to my car for a quick mostly contactless pickup. When I called and told the employee that I had arrived and was “waiting in the parking lot” they said they would be out in a minute because the order was in fact ready. After waiting 5 minutes, which was two minutes after my original pickup ready time, I decided to just go inside and this is when they told me “we don’t have curbside delivery”. If you don’t have curbside delivery, don’t make it an option on the online ordering process! I have no problem walking in and getting my food, but tell me that I need to do so!
