Home-cooked Mexican food from the Oaxaca region. The tacos are very good and with homemade tostillas. Try the “Molotes,” potato masa fritters with pork and beans, not to be missed!

This tastes like oaxaca! So good, we will definately be coming back! The tlayudas are yummy! It’s a large corn tortilla with beans, meat and oaxacan cheese topped with veggies and sauce. Quesadilla was also delish.

Really delicious! Very authentic, the sauces are tasty and they have good options. I’d highly recommend the Sopes. They are made fresh and are a great value for the price.

Silva’s offers much needed variety to this food truck pod. I’ve eaten here at least once a week since they’ve moved in and have not been disappointed. The wait may be a bit long, but its worth it. The food is fresh and flavorful. I would definitely recommend Silvas to anyone looking for authentic Oaxacan food.

Delicious Oaxacan food from good people! They cook their tortillas just right and use delicious, melty queso oaxaca for many of their dishes. Perfect for eating on the spot while it’s piping hot with a cider or soda. Definitely a stand-out from the standard “Americanized” Mexican food. Ps; Be sure to specify if you want your food to-go! Otherwise the default is on a sturdy paper plate and ready to eat.
