It shocked me how rude the two girls were in the front They seemed to be my age in 20’s, I only asked what flavors they had for yogurt since it was my first time buying food there, and she seemed like not at all in the mood to hear me or talk to me.. so i shrugged it off.. but after my order was ready i heard the same two girls giggling right at me, I felt discriminated because i am white and i don’t know spanish so they laughed and called out my number in spanish really loud in front of my face, i was very polite to them too and gave my well manners. For my first time there i strongly believe im never going back.

Got a gift card from here as a gift. Had trouble everytime I used it. It doesn’t have a # you can call. So manager called and said card was use on a day I wasn’t in the valley. And asked if there was one where I had moved. Was told no. So how was it used? Never, ever will I eat here again. And I will tell everyone I know about my experience!!

Usually come here because, they like it at home. Well, lady upfront very rude..no customer service whatsoever. i asked could I have some crackers to go with the soup…she replies….in a very rude tone…”no..soups don’t come out with crackers, but I can sell you six if you want…mm mm…I can give you two if you want. Which I respond, ” Sure I’ll take two crackers with your overpriced food.” I wonder if I ask if the food is organic…will they display the menu contents like major food chains..or SIEMPRE NATURAL is just a catchy hook name with Horrible customer service.

Got there before opening time, we were told that they couldn’t open because they were working on so.e to go orders. To wait 5 minutes and then came out and said a another 15 minutes. People were leaving and I finally left. This is so ridiculous! They lost alot of customers today. Manager couldn’t even come out to explain. Alot of unhappy customers!

If you order delivery or work as a delivery driver don’t use this location as they ignore the delivery drivers so the customer will get cold food and the driver wastes time. I stood at the pickup spot they have and they attended people that came in after me before they even handed me the food that had been sitting there getting cold. I’ve gone as a customer and all is well but they seem to hate delivery drivers. We are all trying to make a living to feed our family there’s no need for the unprofessionalism.
