I was hungry after refereeing some rugby games at Catholic University, so I decided to stop in to see if the pizza was good. Unfortunately, on weekends, they don’t sell pizzas by the slice, so I had to order a small pizza. I ordered the Portobello gourmet pizza for $14.99. Unfortunately, I thought that because that pizza was below pictures of Sicilian pizza that the pizza would be a Sicilian pizza. 15 minutes later, I found myself looking at a regular round pizza. The pizza was very tasty and had a lot of ingredients on it — no tomato sauce, but a garlic herb sauce. The only issue was that it was a little salty.

The pizza is delicious! Top tier ingredients. I swear this pizza tastes even better when you have to warm it up. I don’t have photos because I didn’t leave anything. I got the Supremo, with red onions, garlic (they do put whole cloves of roasted garlic on it) and red peppers. Can’t go wrong with the garlic sauce. I took it to another level by mixing hot chili oil and honey then drizzling over it

We’ve had much better pizza from many other delivery places. The pizza was not very flavorful, the wings were tasteless. Ordered plain and garlic wings, the garlic had a pile of garlic and some parsley laying on top as if it were added after the wings were cooked. Looked like it would be good , but the wing was tasteless. Ordered caramelized onions on one pizza just looked lightly sautéed at best, pizza was tasteless. The other pizza bacon and pepperoni was loaded with bacon removed it, more than half of the pizza went to waste. Wanted to like this place because it’s nearby and a new shop. Please add flavoring, spices, and if you say caramelized, please actually caramelize the onions. We Paid $77 fir 2 pizzas, 20 wings and a small salad. Gave a 20% tip on top of the delivery fee. Not a happy camper. Wings were a good size just no flavor/seasoning. Again didn’t eat half of them . I hope this review encourages improvements.

I rarely complain about any food in general, especially pizza! I love pizza, and it is nearly impossible to ruin a pizza. That being said, we ordered 2 pizzas, and both were undercooked! Very disappointed. I prefer to support non chain restaurants, but I would have been better off with any other place.

This place in amazing in many ways…..After a major screwup from the “Slice” app (dont ever use that!!), Sicilian Pizza made another order for us and had their own delivery person bring it. Know that it was $100 worth of pizza for the staff at a local Covid Field Hospital in Silver Spring. They even sent us some extra dessert on top of what we ordered probably because of our disappointment with our order through Slice (dont ever use that!!). The woman who took my order was so nice and understanding, the delivery man was the same. Now the food……..OMG!! Do not miss an opportunity to try this restaurant! A+++++++

Science Is FunTastic!

It has been really difficult for me since I moved to USA to find a good, affordable, real Italian pizza place. No offense guys, but American pizzas are simply not the same and I was trying to get a bite of that crust I was used to when living in Europe… and you guys NAILED it! Actually, this is the only place I order my pizza from and every time I have friends around I tell them to try it. My favorite is the Calzone❤️ Simply love it!
