I purchased a perch dinner called the order in at 8 :05 pm got there at 8:30 only to get old French fries told the gentleman the fries was old he denied it. I wished I could of taking my tip back and kept my receipt they lost me as a customer the food use to be good maybe in the morning is better. I guess someone else called a order in for the same thing. Instead of cooking my order fresh he gave me a hour old dinner. Go at your own risk at nights !

I called my order in since I had never been there. I went in and the place smelled like raw sewage! The dining area was filthy. I left the place and the order. I will never step foot in that place again, especially after reading all of the very negative comments about half cooked and rotten food. Do not order from this place.

Great food! Hidden gem. Best fish and wings so far in my last 4 years at Indy. Black owned, so make sure to support your local business. Excellent service, can’t wait to go back. I am from Costa Rica, and its not easy to find good fish for us, so make sure you order you some.

Reopened in New location. Really good seafood. Fried green tomatoes are in really good batter, but sliced too thin to enjoy. The fish is fried perfect, and restaurant is clean. Definitely worth the money.

This is totally unacceptable!! These pieces of fish were “nuggets”! So small they were cold by the time I got home, which was a 10 minute drive. Other 2 perch dinners’ pieces were not much bigger. This Shrimp Hut has really gone down. Will not be returning.

Came in and ordered 2 wing dinners. Still waiting after 30 mins. The problem is that everyone that ordered after me is gone with food. Ordered at 4:20 just got my food, it is4:55 . And left a 5 tip
