I bought a 3 piece catfish steak dinner. It was disgusting!!! The fish was old and greasy. It tasted like cod liver oil. Tried to call in to the business but was hung up on 3x. They charged me over $15. Will never come back here. The Health Inspectors need to pay a visit to this place. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Maybe if they weren’t short staffed! But if you write fried hard w/ Xtra LP, it should come to the customer as ordered. Nope not the case. Wait, we had to raise prices to accommodate the industry. Wonderful!!! Can’t sell the product if you don’t accommodate the consumer! Undercooked, unseasoned & completely unsatisfied. The local junkies enjoy it tho so, to each it’s own.

I LOVVVEEEE this place They are so sweet and kind. I basically ordered a catfish dinner and they gave me steaks instead of filets andddd the owner & the cooks came to talk to me about the problem. They were funny, compassionate, and replaced the order with no problem. Gave me a free water too.

I ordered from Ubereats and I ordered 6 winks with no lemon pepper. All of us don’t like lemon pepper. The wings were small as well. There was lemon pepper all over the wings. I asked the restaurant to fry the wings hard. The wings were over cooked and I guess they also cooked the fries with the wings, because the fries were over cooked as well. I normally don’t like to give poor reviews. This was my first time trying this place. I am also disappointed in Ubereats. They sent an email that read, sometimes the restaurant may not be able to review the special instructions based on the demands in the restaurant. So my question is, why have an area that says special instructions if you will not be able to take care of the customer request and customers who order online delivery, don’t they deserve the same type of attention to detail as customers who go into the restaurant? Nobody believes in providing quality service anymore.

The food was good but why did I have to see the cooks underwear while he was cooking my food. I thought that was very unsanitary. I had to tell him that he should not cook people’s food with his behind out. So gross!!!! But this is the type of service they give us in our neighborhood.

I ordered a 2piece chicken dinner for my daughter and she would not eat it she said the meat was so nasty. I taste it for myself and she was not lying! The chicken taste old and like paper I was sooo disappointed. I got a chicken Philly cheesesteak for myself and it was disgusting as well taste old and like they just threw all of the seasoning and mayo on it I was so angry. I usually get a catfish fillet dinner but I wanted something different this time and I was not pleased with what I got. Will not be eating here again!!
