I love the ice cream here but the service isn’t so good. The man was quite abrupt,almost rude but I’ve heard he works alone quite a bit of the time so I can understand but it’s also not good for business.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 onion rings and got home to find only the sandwiches. I tried to call and the answering machine says don’t leave a message because they won’t return the call. Then the next day I look at my bank account to see that I was over charged for the order and another $6.00 charge was on there

I love this place!! One of THE BEST burgers I’ve ever had!! I’ve been coming to this place at least once a week! It’s nice building the rapport With Rod the owner! He’s one of the sweetest guys, I call ahead and will make multiple orders and he even puts the names on the bag! Rod and his sister do an amazing job there, especially with it just being the two of them working there. I’m shocked to see the negative reviews because I’ve never encountered a problem! Their creamed chicken sandwiches have always been a favorite of mine! The ice cream & milkshake selection is nice and we always have great service. Just as a heads up, they have a tight drive thru and limited parking. Great little place to stop for a meal or cool treat!

It’s strange for me to see so many reviews saying that the owner is mean/rude. I used to stop here every Friday on my way through Shreve to get a milkshake, when the owner was working, and the service was always great and quick. I’d stop and chat for a bit, and he was always really nice. I’ll be honest, he might not be over-the-top friendly like some places encourage their employees to be, but he is not at all mean or rude and his friendliness is very genuine.
